
Dan Henson, CMO,

Dan Henson was named GE’s Chief Marketing Officer in January 2006. He is responsible for driving sales and marketing excellence, sales force effectiveness, enterprise accounts, strategic marketing, advertising, branding and communications. He also leads cross-business marketing and sales initiatives including Imagination Breakthroughs, ecomagination and GE’s Experienced Commercial Leadership Program.
Dan, a 20-year GE veteran, previously served as the Chief Commercial Officer of GE Commercial Finance. Other leadership roles included President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Vendor Financial Services, President & CEO of GE Capital Fleet Services and President and General Manager of GE Capital Auto Financial Services. In 1999, he was named an officer of GE.
Dan began his career with General Electric in 1987 as a District Marketing Manager for Vendor Financial Services, where he worked in a variety of sales, business development and management roles. Dan spent six years outside the U.S., leading GE teams in London for European Equipment Finance and in Mexico City for Commercial Equipment Finance. In 1998, he was named Chief Quality Officer of GE Capital, overseeing all Six Sigma quality initiatives.
Dan is a graduate of George Washington University's School of Government and Business Administration in Washington, D.C. He lives in Connecticut with his wife and two children.

Antonio J. Lucio, Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation and Health & Wellness Officer,
Antonio is Senior Vice President, Chief Innovation and Health & Wellness Officer. He is responsible for driving PepsiCo’s Health and Wellness portfolio transformation across all divisions. In this role, he leads H&W efforts in terms of policy formulation, cross-divisional marketing platforms like SmartSpot, and H&W Insights. In preparation for this role, during ’05, Antonio was PepsiCo’s SVP Insights and Innovation based in Purchase. He has been responsible for leading the Corporate growth agenda through the development of state-of-the aft capabilities for Consumer and Customer Insights. He was also responsible for driving Innovation capability across all operating divisions through enhanced organization design, external strategic partnerships, and process development.
Prior to his role in Corporate, Antonio was PI SVP and CMO of Beverages. His responsibilities included the development of PI beverages strategy and the execution of all brand efforts for our total beverage portfolio. This included: packaging and new product development, strategic partnerships and promotional platform development, total communication for all brands, and capability building.
