The Yale Center for Customer Insights wishes to build relationships with Individuals and Foundations. The Center sees these relationships as critical to its success. By creating links between the Center and the larger community, we strengthen the exchange of knowledge and facilitate the advancement of education and research.

In order to create the first truly inter-disciplinary center to study customer insights and innovations, we require greater understanding that comes from integrating different disciplines. Yale University and the School of Management has excellent human capital in psychology, economics, marketing, medicine, and sociology where the Center will serve as the conduit to bring together and provide the impetus for collaboration.

The Yale School of Management and the Center are committed to attracting the finest faculty fellows, developing effective case competitions, and enhancing research support for the Center's programs. To maintain these high standards, your support can create and sustain the resources and technology required to fulfill our mission.

We Invite you to:
  • Participate in research initiatives, guest lectureships, and case competitions
  • Increase visibility with students through student organizations, and faculty through class presentations
  • Create partnerships with faculty through research projects, course development and case writing
  • Interact with faculty and students through sponsoring on-campus events and programs
  • Support student fellowships and grants
  • Establish named funds for faculty research, teaching, and special initiatives
Your support will allow the Center to:
  • Enhance its behavioral electronic laboratory by creating new online experiments with a research fellow to monitor and evaluate.
  • Purchase new data and latest data sets for research in varying industries.
  • Organize a University-wide interdisciplinary seminar series.
  • Support faculty research to work on projects across various disciplines such as Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, Medicine, and Law.
  • Attract the best doctoral students by providing enhanced grants.
